Refund Policy
At Divine Bridal we strive to ensure that our dresses are of the highest quality and that they reach you in the same condition. If however, you are dissatisfied for any reason with a purchase, returns and exchanges are hassle free.
As Divine Bridal supplies businesses only the Distance Selling Regulations do not cover Business to Business selling therefore we only offer a refund if the gown is faulty.
Should you find any imperfections, you must notify us within seven days of the merchandise being received.You must contact us at divinebridal@hotmail.co.uk within this timescale. No refund will be forthcoming after this period. We will issue a refund against the bridal wear acknowledged by us to be faulty minus the shipping costs, providing such faults have not be caused by your misuse, negligent handling or improper care of the goods. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within thirty days of notice.
If you are required to return any item to Divine Bridal the package must be postmarked within seven days from your first contact with us about the return. Divine Bridal will not refund any returns that are postmarked past the seven days and will return your products to you.
If authorised to return any merchandise, please remember to wrap the package securely as it may not be possible to offer a refund or replacement on goods which are damaged during return transit, and send it to:

You must mark your parcel clearly as "Returned Goods"
For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot offer refund or replacement for any goods that are lost in return shipment to Divine Bridal.
To avoid disappointment, please make sure you are certain on the dress style, fabric and size before ordering.
We will only accept returns on Wedding/Bridesmaid dresses in perfect, brand new condition that are returned in their original packaging with tags still attached exactly as they were supplied AND have
*not been worn or tried on
*no alterations or pinning
A refund will not be given if any of the above are found or if:
Measurments given at time of order were incorrect and gown is wrong size.
You decide you do not like the colour
You decide you do not like the style of the gown
You see the gown cheaper somewher else
Order Cancellations
As stated clearly throughout our website we do NOT allow cancellations. Orders that have been processed can not be cancelled and will not be refunded. Because orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible we can not allow a cancellation period. Most orders are processed within 48-72 hours. However, if you are able to contact us immediately following the submission of an order, before it is processed & shipped, we will do our best to help you with any cancellation issues.
Divine Bridal reserves the right to cancel any order, at any time, for any reason. Orders are often cancelled if they can not be filled as requested in time for the wear date or if an item is no longer available for any reason. Email notifications will be sent to the email listed on the order in the event that your order is cancelled. "Cancelled" will also be noted in the estimated ship date section of your on line orders status. Credit cards will not be charged for cancelled orders.
Custom Made Gowns
Custom made gowns are not returnable or refundable.
The only exception to this rule is if the item is defective. If this occurs we will replace the
item with the exact same item, including size and color. We will not exchange for a different size or color so make sure you
order the right size based on our size chart. If you are in between sizes then order the larger size. You should expect to make
alterations to get a perfect fit as with any formal wear. Sizes run on the small side for adults and on the large side for kids, so
order based on the size chart and not on your usual size.
After a return, when will I be credited?
Please allow 2 weeks for your returned package to reach us and be examined. As soon as we have received and inspected your returned order, we will credit you using the same payment method as your original payment and send you a confirmation e-mail. Please be aware that a refund may take upto 30 days.
Jewellery
Please not that Tiaras and other jewellery are non returnable due to hygiene reasons.
