At Divine Bridal, we understand that our customers want their special day to be as unique as possible so we constantly design new and exciting styles to add to our collection. Please come and visit our site regularly to see what we have to offer. We pride ourselves on offering exceptional quality, not just in our dresses but in our service too.

02 - How Do I access prices?

As we are wholesalers of the gowns we design we do not have our prices on the website so they can be viewed by the public. You must fill in the application form here, we will then reply telling you whether you have been accpeted or not to have an account with us.

03 - Can I order by phone?

If you would like to order by phone, please call us on 01623483776 from 9.30am to 3.00 pm Monday to Friday.  At all other times, please leave a message with your name, phone number and time of day when you would like to be contacted and we will contact you. If you can also mention what style and size you are interested in, this will enable us to respond faster to your needs.

04 - What forms of payment do you accept?

For orders placed online we accept all major credit and debit cards via Paypal.
For orders placed by telephone you may also pay by cheque, however, please note that the dress will only be dispatched once funds have cleared.

05 - Do you have any stores where I can try on a dress?

Unfortunately we are an online store only. However please view our stockists page for your nearest stockists

06 - Do you have a paper catalogue?

As all of our styles are shown on the web, we do not have a paper catalogue.

07 - How do I know what size to order?

Please remember that bridalwear does come a size smaller than normal clothing. Also please use Divine Bridals size charts as our sizes vary from high street sizes.

09 - What about privacy?

Here at divine bridal your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. We will do everything in our power to ensure that your details are not disclosed and that no unauthorised third party will receive any of your details.

10 - What are your shipping rates?

Postage and packing is free to UK addresses only.

11 - Do you ship everywhere in the world?

No. We do not currently ship worldwide.

12 - How long will it take to get my order?

It will normally take about 12 weeks for the dress to be made and delivered

yes we can make gowns to custom measurements. please note that there is an extra charge of £5 for this service.

Gowns that are custom made may take upto 16 weeks to be made.
